Visuals that support decisions ...

As a company or institution, communicating and documenting topics clearly is a challenge. Graphic recording helps you capture what has been discussed and developed in a visually compelling and comprehensible way – so that your content is not only seen, but also understood and remembered.

I offer you customized, real-time visualizations to accompany workshops, conferences, communication events, or presentations – clear, memorable, and to the point.

Whether small-format sketchnotes, large-format graphic recordings, detailed strategy images or moving visual storytelling: visualizations translate complex content into big pictures that have a lasting impact and generate demonstrable added value .

I would be happy to show you how good visualizations can make your communication, workshops, and processes more successful and sustainable.

... because they clearly illustrate connections and convey insights in real time.

CHALLENGE

PPT_Yellow.png

Death by PowerPoint

Page-long presentations of complex topics overtax your audience's attention.

Linear_Yellow.png

Linear communication

Your presentations convey your messages chronologically, but unfortunately also one-dimensionally.

Abstract_Yellow.png

Abstract concepts

The participants of your event are interested, but cannot fully remember and implement the content.

Factual_Yellow.png

Factual presentation

Bullet points and diagrams are not memorable visuals; their messages do not stick.

Lost_Yellow.png

Lost in Translation

A lot of time and effort has gone into your presentations, yet the communication remains one-sided.

Accompanying visualization increases the productivity of meetings, as patterns and processes become immediately apparent in context. As a result, you not only gain a well-designed big picture, but also clarity and structure. The position of the documenting third party also provides space for new perspectives and reflections on what has been jointly developed.

As a trained illustrator and designer, I offer you more than just generic visual vocabulary; I provide individual storytelling, surprising visual metaphors, and a clearly structured dramaturgy in graphic recording. This makes your topic accessible to third parties without having to explain it. I offer all of this in accordance with corporate design, including animation formats, to ensure extensive media reuse.

My goal is to provide you with the best possible support in achieving your objectives.

SOLUTION

Holistic.png

Holistic storytelling

Visualizations convey your messages to the audience at a glance through engaging storytelling.

Dimensions.png

Metaphors open dimensions

Use the effect of strong image-text metaphors to create memorable anchor points that lead to implementation.

Concrete.png

Concrete illustration

People can understand images much faster and remember them better, so take advantage of this benefit. As shareable content, visualization works for you across all communication channels.

Heart.png

Emotional impact

Document the content of your event using emotive imagery and build connections with participants – this will increase their commitment.

Dialogue.png

Dialogue-oriented communication

Offer your audience a space for interaction and dialogue with accessible visualizations. Participation and co-creation become real added value.

PORTFOLIO

METHODS

Visualization offers the possibility to support a variety of tasks:

The implementation of strategy maps, corporate storytelling, knowledge walls, customer journeys, persona development, consensus mapping, team building, experience design, ideation workshops, guidance systems, design thinking processes, product and services innovation and business culture mapping.

Sketchnotes.png

Sketchnotes are suitable for the focused visual recording of individual processes, problem solutions, or moments. The focus is on the details, the core message, and leads to loose series of key visuals under the umbrella of a theme. A playful element can also be incorporated here, as personal dialogue works just as well as pure documentation.

Marker.png

Graphic recording is the large-format creation of a visual record of workshops, events, or meetings without actively intervening in the process. This is done with the goal of establishing visual anchor points that communicate quick, clear, and memorable messages during follow-up to the event. This form of visualization occurs in real time, analog or digital as needed, and results in reusable graphics that reflect your event 1:1.

Facilitation.png

Visual (Graphic) Facilitation describes the interactive, dialogue-oriented approach of developing content together with the client in a workshop setting and visualizing it as processes and connections in image-word combinations (co-creation). Key messages are filtered out, and the visualization directly reflects the events and reflects the group process. The facilitator's expertise as a coach and catalyst is crucial here. Furthermore, a company-specific visual vocabulary can be developed, which ultimately promotes and sustainably strengthens participants' identification with the content and objectives of the workshop. This creative and entertaining collaborative work opens up new perspectives and potential in corporate communications, which can subsequently be further utilized in a wide variety of media.

Animation.png

Animations can translate the content of the visualizations into moving images – whether as an explanatory video, a complex full animation, or video scribing (time-lapse video, possibly with an explanatory voice-over), you can make the results of the graphic recording accessible on other internal and external channels within your company. This allows you to achieve traceable awareness (through tracking) even beyond the company's reach and expand your value chain.

ArtWork.png

Artworks can also make the results of a visual facilitation or graphic recording usable in corporate communications across a wide range of styles, in line with corporate design, and across media. The possibilities are endless; any graphic recording can be converted into renderings according to your taste and specifications, e.g., as isometric elevations, flat designs, 3D renderings, rich images, etc.
